Our Anti Anxiety blend is handcrafted for the treatment of anxiety, mood disorders, sleep disorders, and other states of restlessness & uneasiness.
This blend includes the following ingredients:
Chamomile: Treats insomnia, boosts immunity, treats colds, reduces muscle spasms and menstrual pain, soothes stomach aches, treats cuts, wounds, and skin conditions, and reduces stress.
Lavender: Treats anxiety, insomnia, depression, and restlessness. As well as, digestive issues such as vomiting, nausea, intestinal gas, upset stomach, and abdominal swelling.
Moringa: Protects and nourishes skin and hair, treats edema, protects the liver, prevents and treats cancer, treats stomach complaints, fights against yeast & bacterial diseases, makes bones healthier, and treats mood disorders.
Ashwagandha: Ashwagandha has been called the king of Ayurvedic herbs. It’s best known for reducing stress and anxiety.
Catnip: Catnip can improve relaxation, which may boost mood and reduce anxiety, restlessness, and nervousness.
How to use
How to use
Steep your tea in 8 to 12 ounces of boiling water. The more water used the less potent the tea, per 1 tsp of herbs. The less water, the more potent the tea, both in effectiveness and in flavor.
Steep time varies by blend but will range anywhere from 4-7 minutes (see directions on packaging).
Add additional flavors if desired (sugar, lemon slice, honey, etc).
Allow tea to cool prior to drinking.
