This blend is made with the express purpose of naturally soothing aches and pains. It is helpful with headaches, muscle aches, and the random pop up ache. It’s a great stand in for over the counter analgesics (pain relievers) and it certainly tastes better.
Organic, all-natural, handcrafted, made-to-order healing herbal tea. All teas are formulated with a diverse blend of potently fresh herbs, roots, and/ or flowers.
The ingredients of this blend include: moringa, ginger, peppermint, chamomile, nettle, and turmeric.
How to use
How to use
Steep your tea in 8 to 12 ounces of boiling water. The more water used the less potent the tea, per 1 tsp of herbs. The less water, the more potent the tea, both in effectiveness and in flavor.
Steep time varies by blend but will range anywhere from 4-7 minutes (see directions on packaging).
Add additional flavors if desired (sugar, lemon slice, honey, etc).
Allow tea to cool prior to drinking.
