1/2 Cup Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
1 (1-inch) Piece Fresh Ginger, Peeled
6 Garlic Cloves, Peeled
1/4 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
During or prior to onset of asthmatic event, take 1 tablespoon of this syrup.
Recipe: How To Make
1. Put the honey, lemon juice, ginger, garlic, and cayenne in a blender or food processor and puree.
2. Pour into a mason jar or other sealable glass jar, label, and date.
3. Store at room temperature for up to 2 days or in the fridge for up to 1 week.
4. Replace as needed.
