My Lady Menstrual Tea is a refreshing and delicious full-flavored blend suitable for everyday use, but perfect for use before and during the monthly menstrual cycle. My Lady Tea is a handcrafted herbal blend designed to help regulate the menstrual cycle and alleviate those pesky symptoms of PMS. This blend eases menstrual cramps, reduces bloating, promotes relaxation, and balances hormones. With consistent use, a more regulated cycle can be attained.
My Lady Tea is Caffeine Free and has a slightly perfumed aroma with a clean body and an herbaceous soft mint flavor with a subtle floral compliment.
Ingredients: Organic peppermint leaf, organic red raspberry leaf, organic stinging nettle leaf, organic fennel seed, organic oatstraw, organic chamomile flowers, and organic moringa oleifera.

How to use
How to use
Steep your tea in 8 to 12 ounces of boiling water. The more water used the less potent the tea, per 1 tsp of herbs. The less water, the more potent the tea, both in effectiveness and in flavor.
Steep time varies by blend but will range anywhere from 4-7 minutes (see directions on packaging).
Add additional flavors if desired (sugar, lemon slice, honey, etc).
Allow tea to cool prior to drinking.
