Sleep Mama Pregnancy Safe Sleep Tea is an encourager and promoter of sleep for all tired and overly tired mamas. For mommas in the first and second trimesters, it contains lavender, chamomile, and moringa. For mamas in the third trimester, red raspberry is included with the other natural ingredients so that not only is sleep promoted, but the uterus is toned and prepared for the soon-approaching labor. Red raspberry leaf isn't recommended during early pregnancy prior to the third trimester.
Both blends are safe to use during both pregnancy and postpartum periods.

How to use
How to use
Steep your tea in 8 to 12 ounces of boiling water. The more water used the less potent the tea, per 1 tsp of herbs. The less water, the more potent the tea, both in effectiveness and in flavor.
Steep time varies by blend but will range anywhere from 4-7 minutes (see directions on packaging).
Add additional flavors if desired (sugar, lemon slice, honey, etc).
Allow tea to cool prior to drinking.
